These bars are delicious! They are a healthy snack or dessert option. Kashi provides a truly great product by minimizing processing in their foods and using easily identifiable ingredients.
These are my favorite and all the others come in 2nd. If you have not tried these yet, buy two or three because you will become addicted also. The cereals are great also. They are the best "got to have something, I am starving" and the craving with be very satisfied with one bite and the rest of the bites are pure heaven. A nice lady was handing out samples and I ate one then I bought 6 boxes of them for my grandchildren (I ate one box-shhhhh!) and another shhh- they are very healthy for you. Try them, you will not regret it!
I love the Kashi granola bars and Walmart's price is great. This is one of my new favorite flavors and I will be purchasing more!
The dark chocolate Kashi bar is my favorite flavor. I have eaten a bar everyday for about a year and a half. Kashi has helped me achieve my weight loss goals by giving me a sweet healthy choice, with only 3 weight watcher points.
Kashi has the best bars! The chocolate & coconut is my favorite as well as my 6 year olds. She's eating healthy and doesn't care bc it's so good!!
I tried these bars because I am diabetic and wanted something sweet without running up my blood sugar. They were just what I needed; the bars are just the right size and I don't have to eat three or four to satisfy my sweet craving or my hunger pangs that happen. I will continue to buy these as long as Walmart carries them. I love the dark chocolate topping and the almonds, the granola is quite filling until I fix me something to eat. I recommend that you try these bars and by the way my blood sugars stay at a normal level.
