These are so delish!!! We buy all three of these and many other Kashi products! They are soooo good for you and our Kids love them!!! They eat them for breakfast and snacks! I have mine with coffee in the morning! :)
Love, love, love the blackberry flavor. I am Type II Diabetic and am always looking for healthy snack that don't have High Fructose Corn Syrup. I take pills first thing in the morning and the is a quick snack to push the pills down before breakfast.
These taste great without being too over-sweet. Now that I have been cutting way down on sugar; I no longer crave sweet sugary items like I used to. These are perfect. They are slightly sweet and taste very healthy. They are filling and fiber rich.
It is so hard to find snack foods made without soy but this is one of them. I'm so glad I found these.
First time trying this Kashi product and it exceeded my expectations. I plan to reorder this and other Kashi products from Walmart. Shared with friends and they were impressed too!
Great product
Bought these bars a week ago, love anything Kashi. The only complaint that I have is they were old. I love the fact that Kashi products are cheaper at Walmart, I hope the next time that I buy bars they will be fresh.
oddly enough i did not taste blackberry. there not bad but they could be better
I like the blueberry part, it has a good flavor but the rest is rather dry.
If you don't care for the test of Kashi, you would not like this cereal bar. It is dry and the blackberry test does not add to the flavor.
