Works good. Satisfied.
The manufactor changed the "goopy" stuff inside these heating pads, and they frequently burst when heated. The goopy stuff remains sticky, and is a real mess if it gets on the outside of the cover. The older product goop was not as fluid and more solid when not hot, making cleanup easier if the stuff got on the outside cover. Used to be a great product...now is a dud! :)
Very disappointed in this product. It used to be clay based but is now some kind of gel. It doesn't hold its shape. I tuck it behind my back when sitting so this brand is now useless to me. It's too bad. They used to make an awesome product. Won't purchase again.
