This product is attractive and it also serves to keep the humidity from going too low. This is important to me because I own an expensive Piano, which needs to be kept at a certain humidity.
Beautiful fountain.
This fountian was exactly what I wanted and hoped for. It is attractive and the sound of the water is relaxing and more than I expected. I would have liked the motor to be quieter. I would recommend this product to anyone. My neighbors are so impressed and also enjoying the benefits of this beautiful product.

I've always dreamed of a house on or near water, but since that's not in the cards yet, I decided to bring that beauty and tranquility right to my back porch with this architecturally appealing Zen-feel fountain. I like that it's made for indoor/outdoor use so when the winter kicks in I can bring the outdoors into my family room and enjoy it all year round. [...]. Some people complained in prior reviews about the pump being noisy but I don't find it to be a problem. The soothing water sounds outweigh the unobtrusive hum of the pump.
Fountain was shipped quickly. Packaging was a pain to get through--understanable though for such a big thing. Set up was easy enough, but the upper part of the fountain is slightly crooked. I had to put a coaster under one end of the base to get it level. I don't mind, but it just shows this thing isn't a perfect design.
I ordered this fountain because, in addition to great looks and the right size, the description said "features a whisper-quiet pump with adjustable flow control, an on/off switch for easy fountain control,...". It looks exactly as advertised. BUT... The assembly was very difficult. The hoses and wires that must be located in the water tank/base are too short for convenient assembly. It took lots of creativity to make the connections, then, to top it off, the holes in the bottom plate of the ladder through which brass screws pass to connect the ladder to the base were very poorly lined up. Even with a lot of wiggling and adjusting I had to drill one of them larger to allow the second screw to pass. Of course this meant taking the pump, wires and hose out of the tank again, followed by another lengthy fight with the too short hose and fittings. Finally, after assembly to specifications, I turned it on. The water sound was pleasant, as expected, but the pump makes a loud buzzing sound that destroys the effect of the water. Also: There is no on-off switch. There is no flow adjustment on the pump that can be accessed without disassembling the pump, which is located in the tank, which would require another lengthy reassembly. THIS IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!, unless you are prepared to re-engineer the pumping system with a new pump, some fittings, hose, etc.
I would not waste any time on this fountain. The quality of construction is poor. When you go to assemble the fountain to the base the mounting screws do not line up. The way the pump is designed to sit in the base the top of the fountain does not work. The noise of the pump, which is cheaply make more noise then the falling water. And here is the ultimate problem. The way the fountain is boxed it is impossible to remove the huge styrofoam casing around the fountain without breaking it. Now you have a real environmental mess either inside your house or worse in your yard. I am sending it back but will have to pay for a new box and packing material to ship it in and the company will not reimburse me for my costs. So all in all I ordered a product that cost me money and my valuable time to purchase, unpack, install, repack and return. Waste of time, money and resources. The customer service cuts and pastes it's template responses to your email.
Looks nothing like the product photo. Does not have the nice patina pictured instead it looks as if someone used it as a drop cloth.
