Great Keurig of the four we have owned. But when registering and setting up the coffee maker to the internet and email plus warranty that leads to a flood of Keurig junk mail in a volume of at least two a day. They are relentless.
After about two years, my Keurig coffee pot stopped working. I got online and discovered I was supposed to change filters several times a year! Who knew? I am 85 and inclined to forget a lot. So I ordered filter and replaced it--and all is going well so far (about a week). Water here in Memphis is from Artesian wells and fairly free of many contaminants. I will now order more filters!
Both the storage tray and the filters came promptly and were in good condition on arrival, the storage tray works exactly as shown and is sturdy enough to put under the Keurig I currently own.
The Keurig cleaning kit did wonders for my Keurig coffeemaker. Had not realized how bad the bottom of the water carafe was, until it was cleaned using the cleaning kit. Will certainly use it often.
These filters do well for the coffee maker. Actually can get longer than 4 months out of them.
After finally reading the instruction manual after 15 years I was made aware that filters should be replace periodically. Previously I washed the filter with the unit function perfectly. I did experience that the brewing cycle was cut short and not all the water being percolated necessitating a restart. A restart however is still sometimes required with a fresh filer. If you can offer a remedy, it would be appreciated.

These Keurig Filters are a must in our household. We have hard water with a strong chlorine smell and without these filters our coffee has a bitter aftertaste. So for a smooth tasteful cup of joe you either use the jug water or a filter. This filter is easier and cheaper than the jug.
I bought a Keurig pod maker around 2015 for my senior parents to make coffee and tea simpler 😂. However, neither really used it and i never changed the filter 😔 even after not using the machine since 2017. Almost done with 2023 and I can't taste a difference after brewing an icy cold coffee with a new filter. i hadn't drank coffee in 7 years either 🤣🤣. How you people drink hot coffee I'll never understand 🤢. Anyway, I can't tell a difference in taste Keurig.
I purchased replacement filters, thinking that it would come with an additional “holder” for my machine! I had to take the filter “holder” from our single pod machine to put into my K Cup duo machine ! Frustrating trying to run both machines!!!!
