Excellent product
Been using this product for many many years with excellent results everytime. In the past I didn't start using Chevron Techron until I started having problems, in-which was OK except the problems (rough idleing or sticky throddle or hestitation) wouldn't go away until after I ran a tankfull or two thru. So now I use it before the problems start and the dreaded Engine Light comes on. Be sure to use "Chevron Techron Concentrate" type, it costs more but worth every penny.
Seemed to make a difference in power and MPG of my car. Heard it was good for boat engines as well
I use it every 7500 miles for preventative maintenance, as recommended by my vehicle's manufacturer. I don't know why Walmart has the one star Parts Giant reviews up. They have nothing to do with the quality of the product.

There needs to be better resupply of Chevron products!
After much research, this product kept coming up as one that works, and after using it for only a few weeks, I can say that it indeed does work. Add it to your gas tank as directed, making sure to add it just before filling up with gas. It also helps to use premium grade, high octane fuel for at least the tank that you use the additive with. You'll find that your mpg will improve, the engine will run more smoothly, and acceleration will improve. It's also good to know that your engine will probably run longer before needing major servicing. I pour 1/2 of a bottle into the gas tank before refueling and then repeat every 4 fill-ups. This stuff isn't cheap but this 6-pack was the least expensive per ounce than anywhere else online, including amazon. If you care about your car, want slightly better mpg, and better engine longevity, get this today.
I have a John Deere GX345 with 700+ hours of run time. It had started idling rough then got to the point it would not idle at all ( it ran well at full throttle ). I thought I would have to rebuild the carb. or replace it. I decided to try the Techron Plus Concentrate at 2X the bottle recommendation for two tanks of fuel. After the first tank it would idle roughly and had more power at full throttle. By the end of the second tank it was idling as smooth as it did when it was new. Fuel consumption has reduced slightly. I spent $12 on the Techron and saved $300+. I plan to use techron concentrate every 100 hours in ALL my 4-cycle engines from now on. I wish it was available in one gallon size ( or larger) containers to reduce the cost per ounce . I run 4 John Deere lawn tractors.
Don't buy from the "The Parts Giant". Their listing had an error, so when the product arrived it was One bottle, not six. Their solution was to have me pay to return it, or make a price adjustment that was higher than other online retailers with free shipping. Having a hard time with the fact that Walmart wouldn't offer a solution that was satisfactory. Read their fine print, and cross your fingers.
DO NOT BUY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM PARTS GIANT. They are the worst seller that I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, they are a third party company of Walmart, so you might not know who you are buying from until you actually purchase something... Walmart needs to get rid of it's relation with this company. I bought this product - it clearly states on the page that it contains 6 bottles of 20oz Techron, which is a good deal and is the only reason that I bought it from them. Shipment arrives... 1 bottle. I bring it to their attention and include the listing on the page and they tell me that I am mistaken., then they want to charge me to return the product. Are you kidding me?
