By far the most difficult part of installing a marine stereo onto a boat is figuring out what to do about bass. Sure you can always just throw a free air woofer into a panel and pray that you have at least some bass but three months down the road will you still be happy with it? We have the ultimate subwoofer solution for your boat! Introducing the MS-R manufactured by Waves & Wheels, this enclosure was designed to fit about 90% of all boats on the market and sound great while doing it. The single 10" vented box will hands down out perform even a pair of 12" free air woofers creating deep bass response that simply cannot be matched. The small footprint of 10 5/8" H x 17 1/2" x 10 1/2" D enclosure can be installed in a cubby hole, storage box, bench seat or just about anywhere else. The box features an internal airspace of .85 cubic feet and is tuned to 39 Hz matching up with a wide range of subwoofer brands & models. The marine enclosure is constructed from durable LLPDE (Linear low-density polyethylene) water proof material that ensures years of trouble free bass. When installing the box in an enclosed area in your boat we highly recommend the MSG grill accessory that will allow the sound waves to vent out greatly increasing the bass response. The enclosure includes the necessary mounting hardware to install and a foam gasket to ensure the subwoofer makes a tight seal to the MS-R box.
