Everything about this rocking horse is great. While assembling (which is very easy to do) the handle bar cracked. When I asked for a replacement part, they shipped it to me in just a couple of days, no questions, no fuss. My 3 year old son enjoys it. Two things they could have improved. 1) longer seat space and 2) something behind the seat to stop the kids sliding backwards during rocking. The Honey color looks awesome.
This was purchased for my grandson's first Christmas. It was perfect! Good quality, sturdy and excellent craftsmanship.
This product was just what we were wanting for our two-year old granddaughter. It is large enough that she will be able to enjoy riding it for several years. Was exactly as described.
I found this product while searching for something else and decided to get it for my daughter as a last minute Christmas gift. I ordered it "ship-to-store site" and it arrived in plenty of time (including time for me to put it together - which was very easy to do). My daughter, who is 6, loves ponies of any shape, size and kind so I thought this would be a great gift for her. And I was right! It was one of her most favorite gifts this year. Kidcraft rates this toy for kids up to the age of 8 and at age 6 she still has no problem riding this rocking horse. I would recommend this for any child who loves horses.
No scratches, easy to put together. Met our expectations.
A great value. I was considering spending twice the price for a different product but was so glad i settled on this for affordability reasons. It is beautiful and sturdy and my 2 year old loves it. It will be a family heirloom for sure!
I purchased two of the cherry horses for my 2 and 3 year old for christmas presents. They are so beautiful and the color looks great. I wanted cherry because it looked more like nice furniture rather than another toy in the living room. I do have one negative thing to say............ I purchased these horses from walmart.com and picked them up at my local store. One evening i decided to open them and make sure all was good becauase I didnt want to be putting them together on christmas eve and realize something was missing or broken. Im glad I did because the bottom of the rocking piece was cracked. I was easily able to return it to walmart and I ordered another one and hprefully this one will be in better condition.
The horse is beautiful.Great workmanship.The allen wrench sent to put in the screws needs to be replaced small heads on screws cant get them in horse the screws are too small. Perchased for my grandsons second birthday,he loves the horse.
I was really disappointed in the quality of the horse. There were quite a few scratches on it when I received it. Also from where they had packed it the horse had a mark on it's face from the rope. Overall the quality is pretty bad. On the plus it is taller and will work for my 3 year old. Oh and the eyes are not blue.... It would be a great product if it didn't look used already haha.
Horse it's self is very nice however I expected the horse to have blue eyes as shown in the photo also assembly was more difficult than expected. Although the holes for screws are predrilled they do not line up completly causing issues when attempting to fasten the screws. One of the screws (need special allen wrench type of tool, which was included) was stripped due to the force needed to secure the screw. Also caused wood on rear leg to split. My husband has customized many rocking horses for our grandchildren, I would not recommend this product for the cost.
