The King Arthur gluten free muffin mix and pancake mix are my families favorite. We've tried a lot of different brands but now only buy King Arthur. When you add blueberries or raspberries to the muffins and a little raw sugar on top, they taste like they come from a bakery.
I buy by this mix by the case and make waffles using this mix every week. Everyone in the family enjoys these, kids and adults alike. I even freeze the leftovers to add to breakfasts throughout the school week. It is hands down the best gluten and dairy free mix I have found on the market - and I have tried them all.
This superior product makes supple, moist pancakes to which the addition of wild blueberries brings back memories of childhood. No grittiness or dryness, as the bakers at King Arthur give perfect hydrating instructions, and have given my family a perfect Sunday morning breakfast!
The mix is delicious and works well substituting items for dairy free. Adding in a variety of mix-ins has worked well for us too with this mix. Other GF brands have fallen apart or do not have a strong enough structure to hold toppings, but these are great!
My husband and I occasionally enjoy a pancake breakfast for dinner. This ended when I found out I can't safely eat wheat. Then I discovered this mix! It's easy, convenient, tasty, and my husband likes it better than any not GF pancake mixes. It mixes differently than regular mixes so follow the instructions exactly but you will be really happy with these pancakes.
This GF pancake mix is a family favorite! I love the flaky/tender and very tasty pancakes it makes, and we love that you can measure and make the volume YOU want b/c it's not in a box. You are able to seal the packaging back up. Simply and Easy to follow!
Since our granddaughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease we decided to go gluten free in our house. It has been a challenge finding recipes and mixes that actually taste good and have a great texture. This mix hits all the right things you want in a pancake. The taste is great and the texture is amazing. We have served both pancakes and waffles made out of this mix and no one had any idea they were gluten free. Happy Customer
Light, fluffy, perfect thickness! Holds the syrup. The best gluten free pancake mix we've ever tried! Even our non-loving , non-GF family member had no idea they were gluten free! None of the gritty or heaviness that sometimes comes with GF pancake. Makes great waffles too!

This is one of the best gluten free pancake mixes we've used. The taste and texture are very close to regular pancake mixes. We've tried with berries, walnuts, and pecans. We've also worked with the Texture and made waffles with the same mix. For a gluten free product it has a very good flavor.
