there is only one thing wrong with this product.The pouring SPOUT needs to be redsigned.It needs to be a little wider and sides higher.
easy to use and clean, first thing my husband noticed was that the coffee was hotter than our old coffee maker which he liked a lot
We saw this and knew instantly that we'd love it. The main reason was the ease of filling it via the removable tank. And it's beautiful. The only problem we ever had was a leaky seal around the plastic rim of the glass carafe...which was replaced with the newer carafe. They have since changed the carafe on this model so that the new ones don't have the 'plastic' ring glued to the rim of carafe. So don't hesitate buy. Just REMEMBER to "make sure" that your water reservoir is fully "seated" and is resting straight up against the coffee maker.....if its tilted out or not fully seated you might get water all over your counter... #it happened to us once :-# We've had ours for 2 1/2 years and love it so much that last November we bought a 2nd one for the RV.
I just love this coffee maker! Makes a pot of coffee very quickly and easy to prepare. I like the design also---very stylish.
I purchased this coffee maker about six weeks ago and it is a GREAT system. You can just set and forget until the next day and great coffee. You even select the brew strength. The only fault is the top ring on the glass carafe will not stay glued down, so expect to have to re-glue the ring. Other than that it is a real good investment.
I love this coffee pot, the coffee is hot and fresh. My favorite part is the removable water tank. Makes it so easy to have tr pot ready to go for the next day. Overall I'm thrilled with this purchase. Much better than the $100 Cuisinart I had before I bought this one.
This was a Christmas gift and after just three months of use the hotplate lost its paint/color. This is a huge disappointment and I'm wondering if this is standard expectation.
POT LEAKS ON COUNTER WHEN POURING COFFEE. FILTER BASKET ALITTLE SMALL FOR LARGER BREW'S
For some reason, every time we pour from the carafe, coffee spills. Something about the design causes this because we entertain often, and no matter who pours, this happens. Other than that, a great machine!
Rusted heat plate, door can't stay closed, carafe leaks when pouring, not easiest to program, water still dripping after timer beeps. Overpriced for quality.
