Have been using these filters on multiple vehciles and they are well made, the 1â wrench off nut is a plus.
I got suckered before with a cheap Fram inside once. ALWAYS open the box before you leave the store for product integrity.
4 starts because it is not wrapped in plastic in the box. As soon as I open the box, the filter is exposed to the air. So Im just worried of debris getting into the filter. I Like the design to be able to use a wrench to remove the filter instead of a filter wrench.
The filter is pretty good but the one inch bolt is not good! It is not six points sharp to hold the socket! I have to use othe hand to push down the socket while turning it! I rather use the oil filter plier to take it out!
The item worked, but I could not get it tight enough with the bolt. So I had to almost crush the filter with a wrench. Then eventually, I just went back to the fram line.
