sorry that Walmart is out of stock (for long time). this is a tasty side dish. i usually add some veggies, like 'mixed' or frozen green beans/small chop carrots, whatever. use boullion or chicken/veg broth as part of the water for better flavor. quick/easy/tasty.
Quick side dish. I also like to add cooked ground beef for a fast, easy main dish
This rice is so good that I can eat it by itself as a meal! Lol. It's very easy to fix and takes just a few minutes. It's perfect for a busy Mama to have on hand.
Best rice sauce combo: my little family loves it and eats it often! Please KEEP SELLING IT, Don't DISCONTINUE; it went way up in price, which usually means you'll drop it!
My 8 year old loves this and hes a picky eater. I started eating this back on 2004 and fell in love with it. Although this item has changed a bit over the years, its still a great side or even main dish!
Great value and tasty rice product.
I have tried quite a few of the Knorr Pasta and Rice Sides. I usually get the Pasta ones, but I love mushrooms so thought I'd try this one. The pasta ones usually turn out a little liquidy for me, but this rice one turned out just perfect, as far as the texture of the rice. So easy to make in the microwave, too! I actually threw some already cooked chicken in with it and cooked it all together and it turned out great. The leftovers I friend in a pan, added some scrambled eggs, and made sort of a "fried rice" type dish out of it. So it's very versatile. And tastes great. What a value- I got 2 meals out of one pouch, for only a buck!

knor product is an excellent product But when you can buy 1 package for 1.00 or 6 packages for 6 dollars both with free shipping why on Earth would you buy one for 6.47 ?
After loving your Teriyaki and Noodle side, I was eager to try your Mushroom Flavor rice and pasta sauce. Unfortunately, this sauce was severely lacking in flavor. I could not detect any taste of mushroom flavoring. Sorry to say but Rice a Roni is tastier!
