It does as intended and mixes fairly well if you shake it up in a small container. We mix with orange juice and all we taste is the orange juice. I would definitely recommend.
I had to return another kind of Konsyl last year because it wouldn't mix with water. This type mixes very well and is a great improvement over the original I bought last year.
The new individual packets taste horrible. I guess Konsyl has decided to go this route. Highly disappointed. Bought some from Amazon
Excellent source of fiber and good tasting. Has been a game changer for me.
I'm not sure what happened the last time I needed to order. When I tried to order my usual 4 bottles of Sugar Free Konsyl it would only allow me to order 1 so I supplimented with the Sugar version. The sugar version is like drinking Tang, if anyone remembers that flavor. If you like things sweet and aren't watching calories, you'll probably like it better.
It took the item to be at my home long time. It arrived on May 2nd, I returned on May 3rd. The item is not what I wanted. Today, May 17th he vendor has not return the money to my account.
