We got this Krups juicer and it's a beauty. Contemporary and powerful juicer we ever got. It works so well and we use it a lot with citrus fruits. Beautiful design, with many useful features including oscillating pulp strainer, reverse direction at each press, spout to pour juices at a touch of your finger. We wash it after every use to avoid stickiness and acid from the citrus juice. It's just an awesome piece. We like it so much that we bought some to give to our friends.
I got this as a wedding gift and unfortunately a lot of time went by before we actually used it. I used it once to juice a bunch of lemons. The next time i went to use it I could not take apart the plastic parts and it would not work when I placed it in the base. Since it has been more then a year since it was gifted to us, I would have to ship it and then pay for the repair on it. Not worth the $50 it costs. So it will be going in the garbage. What a waste, poor manufacturing.
The automatic fruits pressure, same impeller that turns to remove the juice from the fruit pulp stuck, would not turn or go up and down to activate the machine in less than a week of morning use. Returned to store for a full refund. Would not recommend !
