Mexican approved! Whoever complains either got a bad package or is used to caucasian tortillas like Mission or some other brand. These are really authentic with super simple ingredients as should be. Perfect for tacos, fried or grilled these tortillas are bomb.
You must must must put these on a skillet to warm each side on high. its fast and they get very soft and it lightens the flavor a bit and makes it just right. They taste so much like the authentic mexican corn tortillas . They are delicious for those who like the real thing.
These tortillas tend to fall apart and crack even after being heated up. I've microwaved them to warm them up and they crack when I fold them. I've dipped them in enchilada sauce and tried to make enchiladas and they crack. I've pan fried them in oil and they crack when folded.
The didn't have any good taste. They fell apart to easily, they didn't get crunchy, so they're not good for enchiladas. Nor are they good to grill.

These smelled and tasted horrible. They might have been rancid.

I was super excited for a more authentic corn flavor tortilla without haivng to make my own each time. These are gross. The smell is like chlorine mixed with corn. They taste just like they smell as well.
They gave me these as a substitution and they're terrible quality. Broke into pieces and taste so dry. My tacos became taco salad bc they wouldn't stay together.
dislike has a stinky odor ....Why ?
