Tender enough for a great bite, tough enough to hold the boatload of beans I cram inside ‘em. Flat enough to be thin, round enough to be called tortillas. Highly recommended as long as you're not expecting homemade. Close enough for when you can't make ‘em yourself.
These flour tortillas are worth the try. They're soft and tasty great price and my favorite size.
