I really like this lap desk. It has a built-in mouse pad and is so helpful when I need to kick back for a few minutes as I can still use my keyboard and mouse.
Purchased this as an extra Christmas present for my daughter. She likes to sit in a lounge chair and work while she watches TV. This is ideal for allowing her to use her laptop when not sitting at a proper desk.
My daughter absolutely loves it! She loves the marble design and the fact that she has a place for her mouse! I think it is great that she has a compartment for her phone too!
It's quite comfortable, the marble look is beautiful and well designed. I have a 17" laptop and it fits fine. I'll use the phone holder for my glasses, it will be ideal for them. It's a great buy.

After doing extensive research, I discovered this top rated lap desk. I purchased this as an extra little Christmas gift for my left-handed daughter. She often does extra work at home and rather than using her home office all if the time, this allows her to sit comfortably in the living room while using her laptop on this portable desk. And it has a left-handed section for a mouse and her cell phone. I like that it is light weight, but not cheap feeling. And the padded back is actually divided which helps keep the computer, as well as the user's lap, cool.
This lap desk is very nice. It would be better if it were a little longer, just a slight bit. If the slot for the phone were a tad deeper and if it had a hole in the bottom where you could fit a charging cord so the phone can be upright, charging, and in the holder. Other than that, the lap desk is perfect. The design (I chose marble) is very pretty. The mouse slides effortlessly on the provide spot and much better than just on a desk with none.
This is great for laying in bed while working or just playing around. I use my 12.9 in iPad, a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse. The only thing I wish it had was a wrist pad. I'm thinking of returning because it makes my wrist hurt after using for an extended period of time. Overall, I would recommend if the absence of a wrist pad doesn't bother you.
Like that it is light weight. But hate that the phone slot is useless. It doesn't keep the phone in place. I use my laptop while lying down on my sofa. Whenever I try to put the phone on the cellphone slot, it falls out.
The padding on the underneath is not very good. It doesn't give the angle as it does in the photo and it isn't sturdy it's like a bean bag material. it sort of angles away from you.
