These laundry sheets are not meant to be put in a washing machine full of laundry. They are meant for hand washing things while on vacation or camping, where laundry facilities may not be available. I put one of these, a sink stopper, and an extra day of clothes in my carry on before every flight. If the airport losses your luggage, you can atleast wash what you have until your luggage shows up. Since they are not liquid, they do not have to be in the plastic baggy with your other toiletries like shampoo and you can carry as many of these as you like. There's no worry of them spilling in your luggage. When all you have to do your laundry is the bathroom sink or the closest stream, these are a life saver!
The laundry sheet packaging is very compact and perfect for tucking away with the toiletries on vacation. The soap worked well, with a pleasant mild fragrance. There was not as much soap/suds in each sheet as expected (required 2 or 3 in a sink basin), but this is probably better for the environment. The cleaning action was very acceptable.
But only for camping (they're biodegradable and eco-friendly). If you need a laundry sheet for a real, honest-to-god washing machine, go with the Purex sheets.
The idea of this product is great, but the actual product doesn't perform has advertised. The main and most important complaint is that it doesn't clean the clothes. My son and I used it on vacation but the clothes did not come out clean. I can not recommend this product.
