These is a must have for any one that doesn't want to fill their feeder daily. Mine lasts about a week and my dogs can free fed as they choose. I can go off for a week and not worry that they have run out of food. The water'er is just as spectacular and both need very little upkeep and or cleaning. I can't imagine having my dogs without these products.
What a truly wonderful time saver; I can fill it and forget it for about four days as opposed to the daily chore of preparing that days food bowl. Since the top of the container is a large removable lid that fits snuggly, it's extremely easy to fill and monitor the supply of food through the clear plastic drum style container. I'm very satisfied with the cost and quality of this pet feeder. I'd recommend this product to any pet owner who feeds their pet(s) dry food.
The feeder is perfecto. I purchase big bag of food and my cat would waste a lot of it on the floor. This feeder works great, my cat uses his paw to pull food down more when he wants more to fill the bowl area. Also, great for vacationers, their pets will be feed while a way.
Works great... I love having the ability to refill through the top. Keeps my two large hungry cats in food for about two weeks.
I purchased both the Medium size waterer and feeder at the Wal-Mart Store in Liberty, MO 64068 and it's the least costly product I have found anywhere. They were $14.00 and change each and would recommend them for dogs 50 lbs and over. Warning: The feeder takes no special care but the waterer does: Fill the water bottle and set it on the counter or floor,next take the water bottom and snap it on the bottle top and save your self a big water clean up. This product is a great help to me as I am disabled. I can fill this and not have to worry about my cats having the food they need if I need to go to the doctor or am in the hospital.
Works great, real time saver, maybe should have gotten SMALL size for just 1 cat, but go out of town for weeks at a time and have no worries! The cat took to this product well! Do not hesitate to buy it!
My cat wasn't sure of it at first but likes it now. The cat food automatically falls as the bowl is emptied. I bought this for my Elizabeth when we are on vacation. It works perfectly and she doesn't overeat. Works well - My cat loves it!
This feed does not work in the way that it is supposed to. Once cats have eaten all the food in the bowl, the food that is in the resevior does not let down into the bowl. you have to pick it up and shake it around to make the food come down. this makes the feeder useless!! The whole point of having this feeder is to fill it up and forget about it for a few days. VERY DISAPOINTED!!!
The point of a self-filling food bowl is that the food actually falls from the canister down into the food bowl. This particular self-filling food bowl does not fall into the food bowl, and therefore is not worth anything to me. It was a waste of money and I'm not pleased that I spent money on it.
