I have a few dogs and cats and keeping a bowl of water constantly filled was a chore! Bought a large and forget about it for days! Great thing to have! I've found that when you go to replace the water put your palm over the bottom really tight so the water wont drip out as you tip it over
Wonderful invention, saves time from filling water bowls and constant monitoring of water supply on daily basis. Last several days before refilling. Glad I purchase the larger size.
Purchased Medium Size water & food feeder, maybe should have choose Small size. Have 1 cat took well to both feeders! However the food does not slide down to fill the entire bowl (and its tiny cat food) but it works well enough to keep it fed! Water tank has no slim build up so far, therefore very please indeed!
This is such a convience. I don't have to fill my dogs water bowl everyday. The only thing I haven't mastered is putting the jug into the base without getting water all over.
I'm very glad that I purchased this pet waterer. The only modification I would make is to install an access cap in the bottom of the "drum" to eliminate the necessity of removing the drum from its base to refill it if it’s not completely empty. It can be tricky and messy if you’re not quick at tipping the drum into or away from the bowl. I'd recommend this product to anyone with a multiple pet home.
I read som negative feedback on this item & just do not understand. It is great. I have used mine for 3-4 years. I only had to replace it because I lost a piece. It has never broken & only leaked becasue I overfilled it. I do not understand people who hava hard time filling it. I have the medium one. maybe the larger ones are heavier. If you have problems holding a couple of gallons this is not the right item. I have never had mold in the bottle. I only clean out the bottom where it gets gross from my dogs drinking behind each other. I have 2 dogs always & sometimes more depending on company. I usually refill it every 2- days which is very convenient. maybe people get mold becasue the size is too big & the dogs do not drink it fast enough. I love this item.
Great Quality Product! I have two dogs and the bottle of water lasts over a week. The only drawback I found was: when loading the full water bottle into the stand, it's a little heavy and awkward to handle. At first when the dogs would drink the water, it would gurgle when replacing the water into the bowl and it would startle the dogs, but they are now used to the sound. Very reasonable price.
I love this product. The 2.75 gallon size lasts my 2 dogs 4 days.
The product was great at first. Then it started to leak at the seams. Bubbles just produced in the bottle and kept pushing the water out. Water was soon all over the place. I've tried to find just a replacement bottle but they don't sell them and it's nearly twenty bucks for a completely new system. Should be able to atleast buy replacement bottles for it. Can't seem to find anywhere that just sells the bottles. How ridiculous is that? Just another ploy to get you to spend another twenty bucks just to replace the bottle.
I have had to bleach the water bottle just to get the mold that has formed on the inside. I still cant get it clean. I've tried using a baby bottle brush to reach the mold, no luck. I thought it wasn't suppose to get mold or mildew. I'll have to throw it away if I cant get it cleaned out. Any suggestions
