The sound is ok by itself in a smaller apartment or bedroom and we will not be needing an extra soundbar at this moment. And since we did get it on sale, the price was fantastic
I love my LG TV! I feel like I just hit the lottery and could not be more excited. I feel in control of how I view my pictures and, listen to quality sound as if I am at the movies.
I really enjoy the TV and all it's functions, however, the remote I got with the TV does not support all functions. There is not a microphone app on the remote, or alexa or Google app.

I purchased this tv around November 2023 and it loses WiFi signal or won't connect to airplay. You have to unplug it then try again. It's frustrating as I have another LG tv that is a higher quality and have no issues. I hope someone can help
We bought this TV too mount on an articulating swivel wall mount and operate with streaming services and maybe YouTube TV. It works well with the wall mount and no issues yet with streaming content, but a few things have me wondering if I should return it. 1. Lots of lag getting button push to menu or app response, mostly the LG menu items m options, less than the in app controls, 2. We have to push on the frame of the unit to swivel and push back against the wall when finished using it, the thin frame is very plasticky and flexes a lot when moving the TV. Another thing I didn't realize I'd be dealing with is that I cannot cast my Google Pixel streaming content to an LG. Probably more a Google problem than anything else.

Delivery was a nightmare. Let me be clear. This was from the outside delivery company – – FedEx. First, they didn't show the original day of delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for it. The only message I had on tracking was that it was delayed, but in town I called Walmart customer service – – let me be clear Walmart. Customer service was wonderful on all the times I called on this item. They said it would be delivered tomorrow per FedEx. I told them it would have to be delivered before 4 PM as I was going to be out of the house and no one would be there to receive it. They contacted FedEx again and had them schedule the TV to be delivered before 4 PM. At 3:45. It had not been delivered. Tracking stated it was delayed because of weather in town. There was no bad weather in town. Sunny and clear. I called Walmart again they counted, contacted FedEx to arrange for it to be delivered the following day within a three hour period. I left my house at 4 PM and about 1520 minutes after I left I get a text from FedEx stating they delivered my TV. They left it on my front porch. My town has a high rate of porch pirates. I had to turn around and come back and put the thing in my foyer. It stayed there until after New Year's Eve when we attempted to set it up the following weekend. Only to find out that the screen was shattered, upon further review of the box, it looked like it had been dented in at the same area of the shattered screen and split at top and side ( see photos where light is coming out). I am now starting the painful process of replacing the item which involves FedEx again. I'm a bit reluctant at this point.
tv screen was totally destroyed when i got it. box did not look like it was shipping damage, but had been opened. did walmart just pass along this crap?
