[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during the Black friday sale as an upgrade from my older TV. I am very happy with the picture clarity and use of the remote functionality with the apps. My brother sent me the LG soundbar to add to my upgrade.They were both so easy to set up!
Perfect size for our place, was originally worried about the refresh rate, but haven't had any issues yet. We are not gamers though.
Enjoying the TV. It's Big! So be sure you have help to set it up. It took about four hours for a trained tech to install it on a wall mount. Great color and easy to learn how to operate it.
This TV shows great. The quality is wonderful and it shows with great clarity. The setup was easy and quick. I love LG products, including this TV. Glad I made this purchase.

I purchased my tv 4 weeks ago and I am in love it's sound quality is 2nd to none also the picture is fabulous and set up was a breeze
I bought the TV almost a year ago, it was a gift for my uncle overseas. The TV lasted less than a year. I was watching TV and all the sudden the TV went black, couldn't see anything. I followed all the instruction trying to reset it and didn't work. They wanted to send a technician but again the TV is overseas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backlight bleed is too severe. During darker scenes it renders the TV unwatchable. Tried adjusting brightness but it's still too bad. The TV is useless because it cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Box was a little beat up. It was suppose to be delivered Sept 1st and was delayed in Tampa till the 3rd. And the Pilot delivery driver was rude. It has these 2 red spots on the screen.
Had the TV for 6 months. It has a huge dark spot on the bottoms center of the screen. Had it serviced since it was still under warranty. The repairman said he didn't see the spot. I sent him the below pic and he said he wasn't seeing that and also said to make sure there were no large speakers around it. There's not. This is definitely a TV defect and now I'm stuck with it because the service determined there was nothing wrong with it. I've always liked LG but I will now be changing brands.
