Got this tv on sale, with Walmart plus one of the better purchases I've made.
Easy setup. Awesome picture. easily connected to my service provider and their remote. Great sound.
Beautiful picture! Sound is so much better than our 55” Sony! We wish we'd bought this a long time ago!
Nice TV. Beautiful color and perfect brightness and contrast ratio. Very slow WebOS, buggy to an extent that it cannot be used. Better to have a streaming device. Walmart shipping is OK. The TV had a dent on the back frame out of the box. Not sure if it is warehouse or delivery issue
It had a defect where the left leg slot so I had to send it back
Arrived damaged and upon contacting customer service they only offered refund and not replacement as they jacked the price up two hundred more then when I bought it a few weeks prior. Told many times higher lvl manager would contact me and never once got a call or any help .Terrible customer service. You are better off buying on Amazon or Best Buy
Ordered this TV through Walmart online, which was a simple process. However, the shipping company they use delivered it to a completely different city (per their tracking and delivery email). Walmart acknowledged they can see this and have a policy for refunds for this exact mishap. Now all Walmart will say about it, is "the package has been delivered" and it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to call the shipping co they used and figure it out. This is mind-blowing coming from such a large company. I would never order another TV through Walmart and would HIGHLY recommended against it for anyone else. I would like to speak to someone at Corporate about this since it is apparently acceptable for Walmart Order Support managers to blame customers and then hang up on them; two times I was escalated to managers and then yelled at before being abruptly hung up on. Again, I am asking for someone at Corporate to please contact me about this.
Worst experience with Walmart purchase for this. Received damaged TV from outside and inside. Walmart refused to replace the same however it was informed on same as soon as it was delivered. Picked up after a week. I was told that I can order a new one with same price as it was damaged but price was increased and I was unable to order. Also the customer service refused to adjust price as per last order. Worst service and experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope mine is defective. Because, if not, this is the worst picture I've seen since the days of rear projection TVs. Black is non-existent and backlight bleed is so pervasive that corners of the screen appear noticeably faded and multiple points along the top and bottom glow like Christmas lights. Makes comfortable watching nearly impossible. I'm very disappointed in my purchase and would stay away from these if I had it to do over again.
