Works great

They have comfortable ear buds which are soft that you insert into your ear and can be pulled out while attached to the headphones and then retracted. You can play skip or repeat with controls on the headphones.

Sound plus

The controls are easily accessible and the sound is amazing. It's also great for cutting out the unnecessary background noise. Definitely a great buy.

Great choice for a bluetooth headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG headset is very versatile and easy to use. I can wear it working out, going for walks, or just around the house and it is so nice to be cord-free. I have a pretty big house and I can go virtually anywhere without any issues with the sound cutting out. The quality of sound is excellent too. I wasn't aware of this option to wear the headset around the neck before I saw this one and it is much more comfortable than wearing them over the ears or using the buds that fall out easily—and I won't be afraid I'll lose them. The retractable ear buds also make it easy to use in only one ear at a time if I'm at work. The controls are located in a handy spot and make it easy to change volume, skip songs or answer a phone call. My only complaint is that I forgot to turn them off one day and the charge was gone when I went to use them again so I wish they would automatically turn off after being disconnected from the device.

Excellent product

Loud and comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing that you notice about those headsets is very light weight, its so light you can basicly forget you wear it on ur neck. It doesnt roll, twist or turn while you wearing it , and has easy accesible buttons. Connecting/pairing to iphone or computer is very easy and fast but when i tried to cennect to android phone it made me download app called "LG Tone & talk" which is a little bit annoying. Very happy with quality of the sound, i think its one of best i tried so far and has pretty powerfull bass range considering how small they are. You can put the headsets on the desk and still hear clearly. Battry last long easly goes through long day at work without the need to charge it. When you pouse music or movie it feels like it goes into some sort of power save/sleep mode till you play again or receive call. Retractable ear buds its one of my favorite features but needs a little bit of improvement. When you pull it fast it gets stuck about half way. Wire thats being retracted is very thin and feels that it could break over time. Signal range is decent i can play music from my computer go bathroom and wont lose connection. Earbuds are comfortable, fit my easr good and dont cause pain or discomfort. Overall im happy with the quality of the headsets.

This leads to the wires breaking some then the sound isn't as good as it was. Still works with less volume. Very convenient for a busy person that needs both hands to work and still take calls or listen to music!

Retractable = easily broken

I shouldn't be replacing these after only six months. The sound quality is good. Battery life is wonderful. The collar design keeps it from falling out of my ears as I constantly move around. The retractable bit leaves a lot to be desired. They have to be fully extended to retract and now I can't hear anything out of the left side because the wire loosened from having to gently pull on them daily.

Lg could do better

headphones sound pretty good and battery will last about 10 with heavy use. the down side and reason I'm rating it 3 stars is because out of no where the sound will cut off. I find it really annoying that you're enjoying a sound or what ever and it cuts off the sound for a half a second

Do NOT Buy This

I have enjoyed LG headsets for many years and I thought I would enjoy this one. I should have read the reviews first because this one is horrible. I can hear OK but callers complain of hearing echos or that I sound like I'm speaking into a tin can. Save yourself some aggravation and buy a different model.

Horrible Quality

I needed a replacement for existing LG Tone I've used over 2 years. The quality of the LG Tone purchased here is absolutely horrible; it sounds as though I'm speaking from a can. I will be returning it this week in hopes to find something comparable to what I've had in the past.
