This one is for my husband for Christmas. Good points: I paid a lot more for mine last year, you get triple everything with each card you buy. You get 3x the talk minutes, 3x texts & 3x data. I read a lot of reviews before buying & everything was positive. If you want to stay with Tracfone like us, this is a great phone to have! Just remember to turn off your data when you don't need it so you don't waste it. I love having an android phone that doesn't cost me a lot to use!
I think this is the best smartphone value that Tracfone has offered. My only disappointment was finding out that Tracfone and Walmart were no longer stocking this particular model.
The phone itself is great for the money.... but the tracfone switchover service from my old tracfone has been a NIGHTMARE. I had minutes and days on the old phone and old number to switch over. Took three days and still isn't totally resolved. If you start out from scratch with this phone I think you will do fine.
Easy to set up, has all the functions I need, excellent battery life, light weight, and clear to read. This phone does the job for me.
Delivered ahead of scheduled date. Phone does everything without any lags.
My husband purchased this phone to replace his old tracfone smart phone. This one operates much faster and smoother than his old one, which was also an LG, but an older model that was not very fast. Great improvements by tracfone in getting better smartphones for customers who want a good product, but don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for them(if they were high priced then it defeats the purpose of buying a tracfone). We are casual users of cell phones, making and receiving calls and occasional texting, so tracfones work great for us. He bought this model because of the large screen which makes it easier to read texts and the keyboard is larger so sending texts is easier also--he uses this feature for work. Only complaint is that Walmart did not have a protective case to fit it--had to order that elsewhere.
This is my first smartphone and I am pleased with it. I have used the call and text features and they both do fine. Texting is much easier with this phone than it was with my flipfone. No surprising. I've had the phone for one week and so far have no major complaints. I'm looking for a suitable case that will fit. On line searches and reviews have produced mixed results as far as cases are concerned. The TracFone triple minutes feature is a very good extra. I would recommend this phone.
As a Tracfone with it used up my allowed data fairly quickly so now I only use it for the Internet when I'm at at home over a WiFi network or other WiFi spots I find here and there. Good smartphone for a reasonable price
It is a nice little smart phone. It is not an iPhone 6 or a galaxy 6 but for the price it will not disappoint.
Very happy with it! Clear, sharp picture, quick response to touch. Had Tracfone for over 10 years and have never been dissatisfied, almost always have service regardless of whether where I live or out of state. Highly recommend!
