My three kids (ages 5, 3, and 2) love this beach set. It has 12 pieces. The set has a variety of different sand toys to play with in the sand. All of the pieces seem well-made. My kids have only played with it in their sandbox at home so far. When the weather gets warmer, we will bring it to the swim beach to play. It will be easy to take on the go since all the pieces fit inside the basket. When the lid is on, it is not secure. One side has a clip, but it doesn't secure the lid. If the basket gets tipped over, the toys will fall out. The lid can be used as a sifter also.
This Large 12 piece beach basket by Play Day is so fun and colorful. We have a playground across the street and it is mostly sand filled. So we love to play in the sand often. Sometimes we just need a few new pieces to play with to make it more exciting and fun. This set is cute. It is a large bucket with many pieces such as a Large bucket with a flip lid that sand can sift through and the spinner sifter can be set on top of the circle, sand castle mold, rake, sifter, 2 shovels and a few animal molds. I like that they made each piece different bright colors. It just makes it more fun. The large bucket is unique because everything plus more can just be tossed in making it easier to carry and easy to keep cleaned. Kind of looks like a mini laundry basket. Overall it is a really affordable and great sand play set! Yes I recommend this.
The beach basket has an outer basket is blue plastic with circular holes all around the exterior of the basket. Inside the basket are a variety of beach toys/tools to play with also plastic. There are 2 small pails, a small shovel and and rake, and four shaped forms to put sand in and turn over to make a star fish or sea horse shaoe on the sand. Finally there us a piece that you can put sand in and turn to sprinkle sand. It has a lid so it can be easily carried without losingnthe contents. This is definitely a toy to keep younger children busy for hours on the beach.
LOVE that all the toys fit in the basket! We can easily throw the toys in the basket when we’re packing up at the beach. We can run the whole thing under the shower to wash the sand off. Toys are really fun too. My son loved them! Great quality. There’s even room to throw in a few extra toys into the basket.
We live on gulf coast so we get to go to beach 10 months a year- so lots of sand play. This is a great throw in car and have everything you need. Speaking of throwing in car- the way this is made you don’t have to throw the whole beach in there too- this has easy to shake or rinse out features. Nice toy to set on top for added play. Definitely a hit. Highly recommend!
I love that this beach basket set comes with so many accessories! There are 11 items including the storage basket. When they aren't being used, they store nicely inside the storage basket. This helps keep them organized and stored away neatly. This set would be perfect to use at the beach, park, sandbox, or even inside with play sand. I love that the plastic feels durable and won't break easily while my kids are playing with it.
This is a great set for the beaches and summer set. The bucket is perfect so the sand and water dumps out the sides to help keep the bucket clean. The top part can be used as a sifter. We have used these in sensory bins with my kids and daycare kids and they love them. So many different shovel types makes it fun to dig. The buckets make great sand castles. The molds work great with kinetic sand. The spinner thing works great with water. We are very happy with this set and it seems like good quality strong plastic.
This beach basket and toys are perfect for taking to the beach. I love that you can put all the toys in the basket then take it to the water and rinse them all out in the basket rather than one at a time. The toys and basket are made from nice sturdy plastic material that will last a long time.
This basket of beach toys is fun for my little kids. There is a variety of different toys that can be used for digging, sifting and building in the sand. The basket itself is handy to hold and carry the toys but I wish the lid could actually be secured to close. It does have a clip on one side of the lid but its completely removable and does not stay in place. When my family goes to the beach there is usually a lot we need to carry back and forth from the car. Having the lid secure would help to not drop toys out of it while moving around. The toys included are plastic. The quality of all of them are decent but the water pail handle was poor. The pail handle detatched easily with normal play. The sifting toy was used a lot looking for treasures in the sand. Overall this is a decent beach set and I'd recommend it.
I got this bucket for my five-year-old to play in the sand at the beach. The main bucket plastic is quite thin. I'm not sure how long it will last the toys are pretty basic, but it served its purpose.
