The roof of our shed caved in from unusual snow load, older shed. Customer service agent Dionte took care of us over several phone calls, he was patient with me until I figured out what we needed and then helped me place the order for a new roof. Dionte kept me in the loop as to what to expect from beginning to end, and my husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
High quality shed. Relatively easy to put together. No issues with delivery or quality control. Customer service was helpful. It does not leak from rain and is very sturdy. Would highly recommend this great product, I am very happy with it.
I've only had it built for a week, so it may be a bit premature to review. I had built the foundation to specs before it arrived. I had no helpers, and it took about 13 hours to assemble. Assembly was easy, and I really appreciated the Q-code as there were a couple of places where I wasn't sure how things went together from the illustrations. The corner walls were challenging. I did a rain test yesterday using a hose sprayed into the air to simulate rain. Passed with flying colors. It looks great and appears to be sturdy enough. Not sure yet where I'll put the peg hanger strips - waiting until I get all of our junk in there first. We're thinking of replacing our metal shed at our lake property with one of these or one a little larger.

This shed goes together beautifully and is really sturdy as long as you start with a flat, level base. I've owned two sizes of Lifetime Brand sheds and I will buy no other brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic product! Instructions were fairly easy to follow and the pieces went together as they were supposed to! Definitely a 2 person job, better with a 3rd. We bought the metal foundation kit to go with it as we have quite a bit of water in the area and needed it raised up off the ground. It was super easy to put together and worked exactly as we had hoped. The company is easy to contact and their staff were very helpful and knew their product well!
We had one of the old metal sheds that was literally rotting apart, leaked like a sieve. This shed was relatively easy to put together, but did take some muscle to snap the sides & corners in place. My husband and I put it up, it only took a little over 3 hours. I recommend you build the trusses first and start from the right side and working your way around the shed putting up the walls. It came with the shelf along the back wall & 2 corner shelves. We just love it!
I really like this shed. The only issue I have is the door is a little difficult to close. It took about 5 hours by myself and an additional 3 hours with 1 other person to build. This time also includes building the steel frame base that it sits on. I would buy this again if needed.
Got last week had to pay someone to put it up I think it two people and 8 hrs The kit came in two colors like a two tone Do not ask me how that happen also the wall panel with the window also came in a different Color. Not happy at all
Instructions were not clear and it was extremely difficult to assemble. After a weekend of putting the shed together, we decided to take it apart and return it because it was not sturdy, the walls were bent in, and the roof wasn't aligned with the rest of the shed.
