I have been taking this for several years. Off and on. I highly recommend Calm and Calmer. This has helped me so much in getting thru stressful times. I didn't realize I was getting stressed from this Chinese virus until I was. Had to reorder and happily Walmart had this. Thankyou Walmart!!!
I use this with my bipolar medicine. It doesn't make you sleepy. If my anxiety gets bad, one pill usually works within 30min. * They have a vegetarian version, but the pill smell terrible.

I work on the computer many hours a day, often on deadlines. This product keeps me from having a stress knot between my shoulder blades. I can tell when I don't take it.
It calms but it also made me feel very weird. Can't put it into words, just very strange. I 've taken many other herbs for calming & sleep but I have never experienced anything like I did from this product. Would NOT recommend.
