The LIFOAM Hot 'n' Cold Multi Purpose Pak can be used to keep foods hot or cold! Just put the hot 'n' cold pak in the freezer, remove and place in cooler on top of foods to keep cold. To use hot, boil water, remove from heat and place hot 'n' cold pak in water for five minutes, remove and place on bottom of insulated container to keep prepared foods warm.
