This charger makes it convenient for more than one user when used with a usb cord. There are no cords to hang loosely in the car since that one retracts.
This charger works perfectly. I learned that this type cord is much better on the ports in your phone than the chargers that have the "curly" cord as they put TOO MUCH stress on your port and eventually damages it - if you need to talk while charging. Not a problem with this cord!
So far it has done exactly what it's supposed to do. The cable is very thin, which is great as long as it doesn't break, but it hasn't broke yet, so it's still a plus for now.
I lkike the flat cable style which is better quality then the standard stringy type. I like the dual charging options just in case I have guessts in the car that also need there phone charged. I gave it 4 out of 5 because the cord could be a little longer for more convenience to talk while its attached. I have seen longer cables on a device like this . thats the only con i have. the blue light is nice but doesnt serve any purpose and you cannot turn off unless you unplug the unit
I received the charger at the time it was expected. The charger work as well as I expected to. It also had an additional ubs slot that came in handy for a second device if I needed it. I am please with it.
Some of phones need USB interface enable signal to control charging, but this USB port has only DC 5V power supply. Two USB ports are convenient, so I recommend it.
It did not work with my new Blackberry Bold. However, I was able to return it to the store without any issues. I didn't have my receipt, but I gave them my email address and the asspciate found my order.
I had a time trying to charge my headset and it didn't hold the charge. I now have a new headset so I hope it will work better on my new piece. The adapter in the back needs to have a longer wire and it needs to be more flexible and not reflex back so easy. It doesn't seems to be powerful enough and should be able to charge my phone and headset in 10 or 12 minutes!
Good concept, poor execution. Only worked with my phone and only briefly. Would not work with any other device we had, and now won't even charge my phone. Waste of $$$$
The retractable cord didn't work at all, if I put in another USB cord, it works but seems like there is an internal connection problem because it only worked sometimes.
