I've always used other brands of Chapsticks and they never work. My lips were recently so chapped that they were peeling and bleeding. Within using carmex for 2 days my lips were completely healed and now they are the softest they've ever been. Also carmex looks like a really cute lip gloss. I'm in love with this product! It's a 100/10
I associate Carmex with the best year of my life! I first came across Carmex when I was an exchange student. During cold Minnesota winter it proved to be a true pal! Ever since I came home and for years I've been pestering whoever of my friends was traveling anywhere to bring me a tube, but no luck. The one I had saved and brought home with me served me well and for a very long time. Just few days ago I was browsing shelves in my local market when something yellow caught my attention: it was Carmex tube! It brought tears to my eyes and soooo many memories! It is finally here! Of course, I bought it and I hope it'll, from now on, always be available just down the block from me! :) Thank you for this amazing product!
I've been using Carmex for six years now and it's always my favorite out of all the other brands I've used. The taste could be better, but I'm not mad about it. I use it everyday and constantly flatten in down on the bottom to make sure I'm using every bit of it, and when I don't feel it in my pocket, I freak out, lol. Overall, it will forever be my favorite and it helps keep my lips smooth.
I was in the store yesterday looking for the coco-butter brand chapstick because I love that brand. I couldn't find it and decided to give Carmex a try. Everyone needs to buy this product. I don't get why people say that it's addicting and using it once you have to use it forever. I applied this yesterday afternoon and didn't have to reapply until today this afternoon. This stuff is amazing and lasts way longer than other lip balm you re-apply every 10-20 minutes. I'm gonna try the cherry one next!
I have tried every lip balm/ointment/chapstick I have seen and none of them have helped me. But once I saw this and saw all the great reviews I had to try it for myself. I am obsessed and amazed at how great it works! I use this on a daily basis and I have never had a chapped lip ever again. THIS THING IS AMAZING! I SWEAR BY IT AND HAVE GOTTEN EVERYONE AROUND ME HOOKED AS WELL!!! LOVE IT < 3 THANK YOU SO MUCH!
My lips have always been chapped and I've gone through tubes and balms and ointments and pretty much everything to cure it! Little did I know that the little iconic yellow tube with the red cap sitting at my local CVS was the answer! The smell is pleasant and the results are undeniable! I love carmex!
I first tried this product in the stick version as a gift from an aunt and from then on, it became a necessity in my makeup kit. After I ran out, my local drugstores didn't carry Carmex lip balms so I had to make do with other brands but they couldn't compare to the hydration Carmex provides for my lips. I recently bought the tube version when I went to another mall. Still in love with the formula!
it's like any other lip balms maybe a bit better. when i first used it i was kind of shocked because it stinged my lips but then i realised that it has menthol in it. i feel like many people buy this one because of the packaging (i did too) but now after using it i would rather buy the stick one.
First off, I love Carmex. The product is fantastic! My lips thank me as a faithful to the Classic Original Tube. However, my recently purchased Original Tube with the new packaging smells strongly like gasoline or exhaust. Something is not right. I'm not sure if it's a bad batch or if this is what will become the new standard. Please consider revisiting the packaging for the Original Tube as I miss the Carmex smell and cannot be excited for the petrol smell that has taken over.
WHY did you change this product??? I have used the ORIGINAL (camphor and menthol), and now you are trying to sell me camphor and telling me that White Petrolatum - which is INERT- is an "active ingredient"? It does NOTHING but block. I can get that with generic petroleum jelly. And you call the new stuff "classic" to disguise the change. I am NOT impressed.
