No smell whatsoever. Cats wont poop on it yet.
I bought this item once and loved it. Since then, it has been out of stock. Very disappointed.
I did not order the crystal, I hate the crystals, scatters on the floor and hurts when I step on them. I ordered the mini silica litter, much easier on my feet and the cats paw.
Works with electric litter box. However, little rolling beads that stick to cats' feet all over floor to be swept up !
