I bought this for my two year old grandaughter. It is the prefect size! she plays with it all the time. She likes to scan the groceries that are included. She also likes the removable basket. this a great sturdy little toy for a toddler!

The minute my girl saw the card she was super excited and started playing with it immediately. She played it alone as well as with her friends, and loved this toy so much that she kept on playing it whole day and did not touch any other toys. Shop 'n Learn Smart Cart is a real interactive shopping cart that lets kids feel like mom or dad! The interactive technology adds to a child's imagination which lets them have fun while learning. Interactive learning is embedded into the toy and Kids will love how the Smart Cart "magically" recognizes and interacts with the accessories. This is the most interesting part of the toy for my child. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this Little Tikes shop ‘n learn smart cart today and my 3 year old is in love! It's very creative and she keeps scanning all the food items. She also keeps adding her other toys and uses it like a grocery cart. It needed almost no assembly.
This is a good size and is gender neutral. I LOVE it!! One day my grandson can shop for groceries and another load up all of his cars for transport. We are also using it for toy pick up. True to little tikes quality it feels pretty solid
My Granddaughter just loved this shopping cart and it has an interactive game. She played with this for hours, perfect for a 3 or 4 year old
My 2 1/2 yr old niece dropped all her other Christmas presents to play with this for hours. It is very sturdy compared with other toy shopping carts on the market. I only have two minor complaints. First, there is no seat for her baby doll to ride. Second, instead of the scanner "reading" each food item and announcing the product, it says, "Scan the ..." What if the child loses the bread or tomato? Plus, it can't read foods from other sets. I can see frustration in the future. The scanner is totally unnecessary. It stands in the way of children using their imagination.
The basket is made well. The color is bright. Grandkids love it.
Good idea, but not enough food options. My 3 yr old granddaughter initially loved it but became bored rather quickly. There should be an option to purchase more items that could be scanned.
It is not well made. It is lightweight and not durable like Little Tykes use to made.
