it does seem as if it's water when spraying so I was really skeptical. I was doing it just to reset my skin after years of antibiotic soap. i was surprised it actually does help with overall skin quality, including acne, when I remember to use it and have enough to use liberally.
I suffer from adult acne and now bad maskne. I recently switch from harsh acne products that were drying my skin out bad, to only oil cleansing and using this topical probiotic spray. I am seeing a lot of improvement. my large cysts are shrinking and becoming skin colored. my fresh scars are lightening and looking smoother. my skin is not cracked or peeling, it feels plumper. it has been 1 week of twice daily use. this spray feels like water and you can get it in your eyes or mouth without pain or bad taste. my one criticism is that the spray tip is cheaply made and does not mist, it's kind of aggressive. after I oil cleanse, I spray this all over my face and let it air dry. my hope is that between this and the oil cleansing, I can heal my skin barrier and biome. so far it seems to be working. it doesnt not seem to have any effect on my milia. so I wouldn't buy this for milia. but for acne, I think you will be pleased with this product. I will try to remember to update my review after more time has gone by.
Seems to be working well for my dermatitis. I have sensitive skin and absolutely no issues using this twice a day.
Has been our go to probiotic for years.
Not effective on my skin. I bought this as antibiotic for my acne and rashes but after 2 weeks of using i did not see any effect as if it is just a water i am spraying.
