There is nothing that can beat the taste of raw unfiltered honey! Even better when it's from your own state. You can almost taste the flowers the bee's got the pollen from. I love to add the local raw honey with a bit of wild mango vinaigrette and add that to my pancakes ?? give it a try!
This is an awesome product, I am very picky when it comes to honey and this definitely meets and exceeds my standards, very versatile and can be used in anything that requires honey. This honey has a mellow, mildly sweet flavor. The texture is thin enough to drizzle over biscuits without clumping, but thick enough so that it is not runny. The shape of the bottle is easy to manage. Very delicious honey.
