This Utah honey is absolutely lovely! Very sweet but tasty. A really great consistency. Oddly goes really well on tortilla chips as my brother, who absolutely took this honey from me, taught me about it. My little brother is one of the pickiest humans alive when it comes to food of any type and he even loves this honey! Highly recommend!
So my fiancée and I enjoy a cup of tea everyday and have always just used store branded honey because we figured honey is honey. Boy were we wrong ! Upon initially acquiring the Utah local hive honey we decided to taste it on its own to get a feel for it and we were blown away. The freshness the taste the texture all like nothing we have had before! We will not look back ! Not all honey is the same we now know this. We have used it in our tea, to sweeten oatmeal to bake and much more! 100% recommend you will not look back!
I was so happy to try Local Hive Utah Raw & Unfiltered Honey. I love honey and believe in what it can do for an individual for allergies and a substitute for sweetener. Local Hive nailed this honey as it was a clear and beautiful color. As I am in Connecticut vs. Utah, it is difficult to say how it will impact my season allergies, but they have several options closer to me that I will be buying. I like that they can be found in ordinary grocery stores, purchased online, and supports American beekeepers. I wish more people would take the time to understand the importance of bees, the impact honesty has on our health, and what it can be used in. Overall, highly recommend this to anyone who likes honey or wants to try a new option!
I received a free sample of Local Hive Honey in exchange for my honest review. I have never been a fan of honey. When I received my sample of Local Hive Honey I immediately opened it and put a little dab on my finger to try it. Hmmm I thought this isn't like they super strong super sweet honey I remembered. I went ahead and tried it again, wow now I can taste the lightly sweet floral hints. I have never had anything like this. I decided to try it with my lightly salted crackers and it was wonderful. It was the perfect ratio of sweet and salty snack. I then decided to make a hot cup of black tea with one teaspoon of my new favorite honey. It was perfect. Not too sweet and lovely floral flavor added to my hot tea. I think I will try adding this to my pecan pie recipe. I am now a lover of Utah Honey! The benefits and flavor are awesome, you can't go wrong.
Tried the Local Hive Utah Raw & Unfiltered Honey and all in my family loved the taste of this honey. It has light floral notes of Alfalfa, Clover and Wildflowers. It is hard to find such good quality honey which is raw and unfiltered. The consistency of the this honey is perfect for drizzling over fruits, nuts, yogurt, and desserts. I also used this in cooking and it imparts a sweet taste without any overbearing flavor. Love the refreshing, light taste of this golden honey.
I have tried this honey and its taste is really delicious. I liked the density of its texture that is thick and easy to spray. My family loved the taste of honey, we tried it on oatmeal, with lemon tea and on fruit. It has an exquisite and mild flavor. This honey has a mild flavor, slightly sweet and not cloying. Its packaging is nice if I liked its presentation since it is an easy to handle bottle and helps keep the honey fresh. I really recommend it!
The Local Hive Utah honey is beautiful- tasting! The clover and unique wildflower and alfalfa notes dance in my mouth. Delicious by the spoonful (I love honey!) and with hot tea, biscuits, or baking needs! Highly recommended! I will be purchasing other locations honey!
The local hive is definitely my new favorite honey! The flavor is nice and rich and very smooth. Sometimes honey can have a weird acidic aftertaste in my opinion but I didn't get that at all with this one. I also really like that it's 100% American honey!
This Local Hive Utah honey that I received had a nice flavor that I used to sweeten my tea. Because my throat was a little dry and scratchy from the cold weather, the honey was perfect to help coat my throat and soothe it. I also used this honey on toast, drizzling it on banana slices with peanut butter on a nice warm toasted bread. I would love to bake with this honey and see how a quick bread recipe would come out. I anticipate it will make it nice and moist.
