So far so good! Have only used them for about a week. 100% better quality than what I was used to using at work. Sound, comfort and connectivity are great. Only caveat is that you cant connect the bluetooth to Windows 10 laptop. You have to use the USB port it comes with but no issues with connecting using the USB. The bluetooth connects great to my cellphone as well! Definitely a purchase I should have made awhile ago. I certainly hope this thing holds up well and last.
This headset comfortably fits my fat head, paired without a hitch to my phone and has excellent audio. The mic, while taking a while to get used to (being on the right), has gotten raves from everyone I've made a call to.
Will probably get more for my staff.
Very simple to use and very good audio
This headset replaced a Logitech wired headset. The H800 is more comfortable to wear. The audio quality is better. I did not realize that when the USB receiver is plugged in, the speakers are disabled whether the headset is on or off. So, every time I want to use the headset, you have to open the left cover, remove the receiver and plug it in. Then the reverse when you are done. A pain
my son is very happy that he received them for Xmas and they work wonderful.
Liked: It work led right out of the box. Connected to laptop via usb receiver, and it worked. Its comfortable, and sound quality is fine. No wires to mess with. Was able to connect to iPhone via Bluetooth. Wasn't clear wha I was needed to do. Disliked: No real manual comes with it. No visual/audio indication that your headset is on mute. If you run out of battery life, supplied power cord is too short to connect and use at same time.
These headphones do not compete with Sony Blu Tooth Headphones that I paid 1/2 the price. I'f I had my ability to return this item for full refund because there are headphones that outperform for much less money!
The charge doesn't last long at all
I got a loud sound over the mic any time I was using and put my hands and where near the earpiece
