This comfortable headset is the answer for keeping peace in the family when I am on video conferences or just playing Youtube or watching a DVD, or "home videos". No more complaints about unwanted sound being broadcast to others in the household. They do still need to put up with my voice when I am speaking though, but they are used to that. I should have purchased this plug and play headset a long time ago!

I like the headset for meetings and phone calls, but would be better if it fit more firmly around the ears.
I purchased the H650e as they are supposed to be for business use which is for long term use on a daily bases and be more comfortable for this need. Three things I notice that are different than the old model; the flat cord which is not as eye pleasing, the volume control is bulky and heavy and tends to get in the way (old model was on the earpiece) and the cushioned ear cover is flat with the foam insert. I wear in-the-ear hearing aids and it applies pressure to the hearing aids which is not as comfortable. In the old model; the foam insert was recessed and did not touch the hearing aid. The quality of the sound from the H650e is as expected.
