The lipstick does not dry out the lips and is comfortable to wear. But ! The color is different from the picture, in reality the color is pink.
Soo creamy ! Love this peachy color! Last a long time. Wont use anything else. Get more in stock please.
the brand is not the original one I ordered, yet it dies have a lovely texture . A bit darker than initially believed, yet it was also notched
I don't have a complaint about the product or color. My complaint is that I received it, opened it to see that it was "unused" (no marks) and sure enough...... Someone had either tried it on or used their finger on the tip! Very disturbed by this. And, of course you can't return it with this claim....... They will just assume you did it yourself! Not very happy about this as it's unsanitary! Check your purchase because you never know!!!!!!
Why aren't these sealed for consumer protection? The lipstick I received has damage on the inside. It seems especially in this day and age, due to COVID and other health and safety reasons there should be some sort of safety seal. I'm not saying to overdo the packaging or use a bunch of plastic, but a simple sticker that seals the tube should suffice! I have been using this lipstick and really like the selection of colors offered. I wish it offered a little more moisture and shine, but you can add a little clear lip gloss after applying.
The lipstick has no tape to protect it and no box, so it feels like it has been used. The inside of the lipstick was broken into two pieces, and the edges were very dirty.
The lipstick I received was damaged...the seal was broken and only half of the lipstick was there...I have my groceries delivered and you are asking me to return this to the store for my refund? I have a picture of the damaged item and would like a refund.
This what was delivered to me.. It's just awful. The color is beautiful, but the delivery is bad.. I have to go and return the item

My complaint is not about the product itself rather the condition in which the lipstick arrived missing and pressed down at the tip.
