I've been using this conditioner for a little over 4 years I believe. It is my absolute favorite. My hair is about down to my butt. I've tried using other products when this is sold out and always regret it immediately. I don't make that mistake anymore. I always keep a couple backups so I never have to go without. This is the only store bought conditioner that actually detangles my my long thick hair and leaves it shiny and manageable. The scent tops it off and I always get compliments on how good it smells. I don't know how could manage my hair without this.
I love L'Oreal Expert Total Repair conditioner. I have thick hair that gets regular coloring so it tends to be a bit dry. This is only conditioner I will buy now. It leaves my hair very soft

I have all 5 Total Repair products in my bathroom.
I generally stick with Salon “softening“ hair products, since my hair is extremely fragile and damages very easily. If I use cheap/low quality products, the frizz is terrible! But since money has been tight, I veered off and bought this, and I was pleasantly surprised. This seems to be a quality conditioner at a very good price.
