I really like this powder coverage verses others I tried. It doesn't make your face look too powedery/matte and coverage matches my skin tone well. Def a good buy
I was hesitant to order through online pickup due to fear of getting the incorrect color. I did get the perfect color match but not entirely sure if it was the one I ordered. I ordered L'Oréal true match W4 Natural Beighe, round compact. I got L'Oréal true match W4 Light Medium, square compact. Not sure if L'Oréal rebranded but the color matched well so no issues.
I like the colors on me
For several years this has been my favorite face powder. While the formula seems the same. The package has changed, no big deal. But the applicator has changed to a fluffy pad rather than the sponge and it sucks. I couldn't find a sponge that was similar so I always washed them frequently during the life of the compact. 1 compact and three fluffy things because they keep falling apart. Go back to the sponge.
LONG time user of the True-Match powder (talking maybe since it came out long). Way back when, the applicator was just like the new applicator everyone seems to be complaining about comes apart. After the same issue, Loreal changed to the sponge applicator which as AMAZING. Recently, though, we're back to the same old cloth-like applicator from decades ago that falls apart ridiculously easy and fast. Please change back - it was a problem then and is a problem now.
My product comes all cracked and damaged cause your driver trow it twice not just one, the first time hit my main gate and he pick it up and trow it again to the floor through the main gate. I did delivery in my past and this is not the way to handle people stuffs that cost money. Never complaint about anything but this is totally unacceptable.
My item came broken
W-6 True Match blendable powder…… it appears you changed the packaging. I hate the new fuzzy applicator (replaced a sponge) and the powder seems to be thick and not exactly the same color as in the old packaging. I would love to know if there is somewhere I can buy the old product before they are all gone. (I have phots but was unable to attach them )
This is the second time I've gotten the wrong shade 😩 If this has changed then your site needs updated.
Prefer a refund.Not even one star. Very disappointed. I'm guessing that the individual who picked this order thought i would not notice this product was tested. How could i not miss the dirty fingerprint on the tape and fingerprint on the product itself. Does security not watch all its shoppers?
