I was hesitant to order through online pickup due to fear of getting the incorrect color. I did get the perfect color match but not entirely sure if it was the one I ordered. I ordered L'Oréal true match W4 Natural Beighe, round compact. I got L'Oréal true match W4 Light Medium, square compact. Not sure if L'Oréal rebranded but the color matched well so no issues.
After years of using the round version of perfect match blendable powder and loving it, I just bought the new square shape. Yikes, the new product provides almost no coverage and the old-fashioned applicator is useless. Obviously the formulation has changed from creamy goodness to a thin, useless product. The only saving grace is that I only bought two of them. Didn't anyone test this on customers who were using the old product before they decided they had a new winning version? I think not.
How can it get worse. Changing this product was a huge mistake. 1st change was terrible, but workable. Now, a 2nd change to make the product square! Mirror on the same side as makeup, and a poof that came right out of 1950! Change the picture online to match what you are selling. Time to find a new product.
My product comes all cracked and damaged cause your driver trow it twice not just one, the first time hit my main gate and he pick it up and trow it again to the floor through the main gate. I did delivery in my past and this is not the way to handle people stuffs that cost money. Never complaint about anything but this is totally unacceptable.
I've been using the True Match loose powder foundation for over 10 years and it's the ONLY product I've found that will cover and calm my rosacea. This is definitely not an alternative for the loose powder since I need it loose and with the same mineral components. I recommended this product to all my fair-skinned friends that have acquired worsening rosacea with age. So disappointing that I have to find a substitute—I'm now trying Bare Minerals at almost 4x the price!!,
I've used the True Match Mineral loose powder for well over a decade. I was so upset to see it was discontinued but I purchased this since it's same brand and was a suggested replacement. This is not a replacement for the loose powder. My face has some uneven skin tones that I used the loose powder to cover and it always blended perfectly in my face, providing just the right coverage without looking too cakey or artificial. This new powder does a terrible job of evening out my skin and feels very heavy on my face. This was a huge letdown and even felt like a waste of my money.
I was shocked to discover the powder I've always used was changed by L'oreal! I received the square compact and thought it was a mistake... then I saw the slew of one star reviews noting the same issue. First the change from round to a square compact is stupid. It takes up more space and is awkward to put into a makeup bag. Second the change from the sponge to a puff is like going back to the 90s - it is beyond awful and causes nasty clumps of powder. I purchased this powder for YEARS but I am going to find a different powder to use since this is garbage now.
Prefer a refund.Not even one star. Very disappointed. I'm guessing that the individual who picked this order thought i would not notice this product was tested. How could i not miss the dirty fingerprint on the tape and fingerprint on the product itself. Does security not watch all its shoppers?
Bring back loose mineral powder. Been using for 15 years for highlights, foundation AND bronzer. The other L'Oréal products are just not the same. Having to try other brands to find something comparable.
Its Oil-free anymore!!!! Coconut oil is at the top of the list. I've used this product for 10 years why would you guys change the formula now please change it back I have been breaking out like crazy from the new one. Everyone online is complaining about the new formula please please switch it back
