These are great little phones. The one drawback is that there is a lag time, of about 5 seconds, when navigating through the phone. Receive text, 5 seconds to unlock the phone, 5 seconds to wait for "View Message" to pop-up, select and wait 5 seconds for the message to open. In the meantime, you can't do anything else until you get the message. You can't move through the menus or anything. If you can live with that, it's a great phone. Various keys can be customized as shortcuts to different menus; calendar, address book and alarms are very good and easy to use. The keyboard is easy to use; reception is good; the sound is good; it's sturdy and holds up well under daily wear and tear.
unlocked does NOT mean you can go to any provider. Verizon will not allow me to use this to replace my broken phone.
After extensive troubleshooting with my provider (Straight Talk) the phone would not access the WWW. I contacted AT&T's warranty Department and they helped me troubleshoot the phone, still no WEB! It would make calls and text's just fine but no web. AT&T's people said to return it for another phone. Good luck if you buy this one.
Phone worked great. The phone charger did not work at all.
