Battery was not working by the 2nd day!...I called your customer service on 1/24/2020? to see about getting a replacement battery. The Rep told me that the distributing Company would be sending a replacement thermometer and that they would contact me!...As of today 1/30/2020...I have not been contacted nor has the battery/thermometer been replaced...so I will be contacting Walmart.com again to see where the holdup is!!!
