i absolutly love this brush....i struggle with eyeliner especialy since im alway runnning out the door in a hurry ....ever since i got this brush my eyeliner had been flawless with my other brushes my husband would always say oh one line is thicker then the other ....arggg but ever since this brush omg i just cant say enouph about it the only down fall which is my fault is the hairs strayed so ladies i recomend which also the mac make up artist told me to use baby shampoo to clean this brush because the mac brush cleaner can over dry these synthetic brushes i tried to get another but my mac was all sold out but i will be replacing asap!!!!!
I really like this brush. It's great for gel eyeliner and i prefer it to an angled brush. I can get a thinner line with this brush, which was harder for me to do with the 266 brush.
This is absolutely the most perfect eyeliner brush ever made....and I have tried them all! I use pencil eyeliner, but do not like a harsh or dark line, so I use this brush to "feather" out my liner after applying. The size and shape of this brush do a wonderful job, and my eyeliner always looks perfect since using thus brush. I am actually ordering another one tonight, because I want to make sure I'm never without it, in case something happens to the one I use!!
This brush is amazing for applying eyeliner whether it's liquid, gel, or powder! This brush makes it easy to apply a thin line, or a dramatic crisp winged liner just by using the side or the pointed tip. Brush hairs don't fray, so product only goes where you want it!
Alright, so, let me start by saying I have your all-too-common "problem" of hooded eyelids - I've learned to love them, but they certainly make applying eyeliner really problematic (I know there are many out there who can sympathize). I've spent over a year searching for my "holy grail" brush to make applying eyeliner as simple as all the tutorials make it seem, but nothing seemed to do the trick... you know when you *know* you have the skill to do the liner right, but the brush just doesn't fit? That's how it was for me...until I came across this darling. Eyeliner used to take me SO long to do beforehand, but with the 211, it's so fast and simple, because the shape is ideally pointed, while the bristles are very smooth and firm for ultra-precision and ease of application. (I use Fluidline with this, by the way.) I exaggerate a lot, but for real, if you're in the same boat I was in, *please* buy this brush. Please. I promise you will thank me and MAC later. I am so grateful this brush exists!
The 211 Liner Brush is absolutely the best liner brush that I have used. It has a small tip, but can be used to create the perfect line/cat eye, whether thick or thin. I have been using this brush with the MAC creme liner. The brush picks up product wonderfully, and makes a smooth line every time (this is great, considering I have a shaky hand and can never get a smooth line). Another plus is that the hairs do not fray! I would 100% recommend this brush to anybody!
This brush is the best tool for creating a flawless cat's eye. The pointed brush and the length of the brush is just right. I've bought the penultimate eyeliner pen but this brush make it easier. I use the cream/gel eyeliner with this brush. I have 5 minutes to do my make up in the morning and this really helps!
I love this brush, and I prefer it over the popular 209 brush. It's much more "user-friendly" than the 209 brush. It lines your eyes so perfectly and quickly.
Generally, MAC brushes are an absolute favourite and i have about 25! After purchasing a gel liner, i wanted to find the perfect brush for it, and went about choosing one. this seemed to be more specialist in that it was point-tipped, but when actually using it it sometimes smears away from the lashline, or stays thin but is not directly straight. i still use it a lot as with practise it can become very handy, but it takes a lot of getting used to and i would reccommend the 210, which gives nicer, more generous lines. DOn't get me wrong... I really like the brush... but for the money, i would suggest getting something a little more thick, just to start with atleast.
I had so much trouble applying gel eyeliner with this brush. It's not precise at all, and kept making unwanted streaks due to its extremely long pointed tip. The brush isn't dense and made it hard to make straight lines. (It also doesn't look much like the one in the picture. It is much thinner and pointier.)
