This company is high quality and pure. Beware of other brand that claim 100% organic coconut sugar,but have more than 4 carbs. Pure raw coconut sugar can ONLY have 4 carbs. If it has more listed, no matter what they say on the package, it is NOT PURE COCONUT SUGAR!
I use this for pretty much anything that needs or calls for sugar. Really good in coffee too!
Changing my diet meant I had to change my sugar too. Organic Coconut Palm sugar is very good and I love it in my coffee. I also changed my coffee to Organic Lairds Peruvian Coffee (i use dark and medium roast) it has mushrooms made from cordyceps, lions mane and chaga. The best ingredients for a good coffee. Just make sure you purchase a french press cause you will need it.....oh and for cream I add Lairds Creamer. Also made from Mushrooms. I have the best ingredients in my body to start my body and not feeling guilty about it. Pay attention to what you put in your body. Stay Blessed!

Good price, good flavor and good quality but it arrived in a bag that was punctured. I didn't realize it until I picked the bag up and it flowed out onto my living room floor. Ironic that the product has a purity label on the front of it.
i bought and tried for the first time. i really liked it. it's as sweet as sugar to me. if not add more lol
I love this stuff. It's made from coconut. When i first got it I tried a small spoonful and was surprised. It has a really enjoyable flavor. I use it instead of sugar. I also use honey crystals as well. But this is my favorite.
This coconut sugar brand by Madhava is also a very nice surprise. People complain about the taste. It's kind of nutty or like caramel or something. But it's so good I find myself taking it by mouth just like that...it's like crushed candy. Its delicious in black coffee. I am careful not to put too much in my coffee. Coffee too sweet won't taste good. So good. This will replace my sugar if it browns well for stews.
I bought this 3 lb bag after trying it in a smaller quantity. My husband is a newly diagnosed diabetic and we both use it to sweeten our morning tea and occasional cup of coffee. Flavor wise, it tastes as sweet as regular sugar but with a hint of caramel. It doesn't alter the flavor of our tea or coffee and my husband finds that it does not spike his blood sugar as high as when he was using regular white sugar. I love that it stays free flowing and doesn't clump up like other coconut sugars I've used. Only minor thing I don't like is the occasional black speck that floats on the surface of our cup of tea or coffee but I just spoon it out - definitely not a reason to cause us to stop using it. Love the flavor!
We really enjoyed the flavor of this sugar. We've been using it for coffee. What we didn't like about it is all the little black particles in it. We would pick them out of our coffee as they float to the top. This morning, the black particle that floated to the top just so happened to be an INSECT LEG. Gross. Switching brands. I'm completely turned off.
