Amazing value for money. It is made of cheap particle board but is sturdy enough for light use (guest room or kids room). Don't compare it with a solid wood or a $150-300 chest. You get what you pay for and it does what it is supposed to do and looks good.
I like this dresser for the most part. Sure it's not made out of the best material, but it is still pretty nice. The only bad thing I have to say about it is the instructions. It was a little confusing. However, my significant other and myself were able to assemble it. It definitely took awhile. For the price that it was, I can't complain.
I bought two of these for my girls' closet. I was a little worried after reading reviews that I would be able to put them together but my 7 year old and myself had no problems following the directions and we were able to build them both in about 2 hours. They are nice size drawers and will work perfect for what we need them for. Price was very affordable and they look great
I needed a dresser for my son's closet. This worked perfect for what I needed. It took me a little over an hour to put together and the directions are pretty easy to follow. The drawers stick a little, but expect that to get better the more we use it. Overall this is great for the price!
A bit complicated to assemble, took me 3 hours, but came out nice, good size drawers for my guest room
I purchased two of these 3 drawer dressers to put side by side to create a long dresser appearance & it worked! The instructions were fairly easy & took me approximately 2 hours to assemble both. The only thing I'd change if possible is the drawers having rolling sides verses just sliding pieces. Other than that they're a great height & has a beautiful matte like black finish which I love. I'm glad I decided to purchase these two!

I received two dressers, both well-packaged and with all the necessary parts. They aren't hard to put together but they are time-consuming-- about an hour and a half per dresser. Also, be sure you have a drill on hand because there are a lot of screws. Dressers look fine. Exactly as pictured. Handles are cheap-looking plastic so I spray-painted them ORB. The top drawer sticks on both units but the bottom two drawers are fine. Made up entirely of particle-board so don't put them anywhere damp. They smell pretty strongly of wood at first, which didn't bother me but is worth noting. Overall, a good value.
I got this chest online (so I never saw it on display) and the first thing I noticed when opened the box was how poorly the parts were made. Random holes where there should be none (according to the instructions), holes that were half drilled and half punched through, you need to cut off the production "tails" from the plastic parts and so on. The backing is not even a particle board, it's a piece of cardboard! The finished product is adequate but if you are planning to use it for anything other than kid's room - you will do yourself a huge favor by upgrading to a slightly more expensive Homestay.
This horrible dresser is too cheap. The wood isn't actually wood; I think it's composite wood. It breaks easily; nothing I have done keeps this mess together... I have drilled holes to drill screws cause the pieces that came with didn't hold it together and I hadn't even put anything in it, not even the drawers. And I know to drill holes smaller than the screw so that the screws fit snug, still to no avail because when I went to move it, the screws pretty much came out still because of the cheap "wood". I want my money back!!! ***The only reason this item got 1 star is because I had to put something there to post my comment***
