I bought theses on the fly, but were really great. The only issue was putting back the black trim on. It's a tight fit, so be careful you don't break it. My pictures look great!
I was able to get the product in a very timely manner. I really appreciate that! However, all of the corners of the frames had cracks in the clear plexiglass covers. It was not a huge deal since they are towards the top of the gym wall, but I would have like to not have the corners messed up. Overall I am happy with the product.
Convenient to order and receive at home. Corners on three of the posters were cracked or broken off. The frame hides the cracked & broken parts. I would order this product again.
It is not a great frame but for the price I was pleased with what I got. I got the items site to store and arrived with a little delay due to holidays but it was safe and sound. These are great for posters or large pictures that are just on your wall with a scotch tape, they gave my poster and car picture a reall quality look. I liked it for the price I paid
I had ordered these because I had ordered a picture poster of my kids in a 20x30 size. When I opened them I knew I wouldn't trust a valued picture in this flimsy thing. All of the sides come off, you have to slip them on after you put the picture on the cardboard. They didn't fit very well. There is a thin clear plastic strip on the back that I had to double tape to hold. I had already opened one, so I thought I would use it for one of my kids actual posters.....nope, standard posters are bigger than 20x30. I returned the unopened one and got one at the store that was a little better quality. This one is very cheap and flimsy.
Unfortunately when I received these, both of them were damaged. The plastic was torn in one of the corners on both. I assumed that these frames were going to be the same quality that the "in store" poster frames were, but they are a much lower quality. To use in a child's room to hang a poster, I would recommend, but for a display, save your money.
The produce looks much nicer in the picture than in real life. The frame is super cheap and comes in 4 pieces. No glass frame. The "2 pack" only included one frame
These poster frames are very hard to put together. They have plastic black strips on each of the four sides that have to slide over the poster and the cardboard backing. The corners do not always meet so there is a strip of paper showing through. The ones we had shipped to our home had cracked corners on the plastic "glass". We are very dissatisfied with this product.
So disappointed to find the edges broken on every single one of these frames. I was in a time crunch and couldn't return them so ended up using them. Thankfully, most of the broken parts could be covered. This was NOT a shipping problem. These were packed well. This was clearly a manifacturing problem.
My order came defective and incomplete and I tried repeatedly to contact customer service, but no avail. Even the store was not willing to honor the order. Finally I was able to return, but was too difficult to request a replacement. The plastic seemed to be bad and therefore possibly broke during shipping as the packaging was still intact unless associated put in the defective piece.
