When I was a child my mother used to make this from raw potatoes. Although this is not as good as my mother's, it is VERY good.
Mmm good, just like I use to eat in Germany. They are quick and easy to make I love to put sour cream on them!! The price is great too!!
I order these for my elderly father in another state. He loves them! We have tried other brands, but these are the best we have found.

Yummy and not too salty Easy to make
My grandmother used to make these from scratch, till the box brands came along, but I couldn't remember what kind she used. So, we ordered several boxes of this brand and the blue box brand. Of the two, I have to say we found the blue box brand to be the tastier of the two. Be sure to use fresh oil when frying, and remove the pancakes when they are golden brown but before they dry out on the grill.
Added extra onion and they tasted great
Not like the real stuff. These were OK. I added some applesauce which helped but I'd rather have shredded potatoes!
I don't know if it was outdated or what but making pancakes was impossible. The batter just broke up in the pan and it was just a mess. I looked on the box for a date… there are no dates anywhere on the box or inner bag. I will never purchase this product again.
The texture left a lot to be desired.
