I love the Marie Callender’s turkey pot pie! These are so good for comfort food nights. The meat is soft and tender and the cream is so good amongst the vegetables. The crust is probably my favorite part, and it’s even better to cook it in the oven. I do recommend it!
We love these potpies great flavor 1 is quite filling! Perfect for when you don't feel like making a big meal!
Great pot pie! Well worth the price. The crust cooks up, even on the bottom! Filling is good as well!.
Of course this gets a solid 5 stars!!! Duh 🙄! I’m a pie kind of girl. Haha pizza pies, fruit pies....so why not a pot pie??? This pot pie is to die for honestly. Baked in the oven or microwaved, the pie comes out amazing! My hunger rarely permits oven use , but to show the difference between oven vs microwave, see pic attached. Pic on the left grid is oven baked ( longest 60min wait of my life though ) but look at how golden the crust is??!! Pic on the right...microwaved. Not as golden but just as crispy and flakey. Omg but be aware and super careful of the potatoes....they’re like little lavas masked like the they’re the turkey cubes!! Burns the crap out of the roof of my mouth, but the taste is so bomb that I suffered through the hotness and killed the pie anyways! I have to eat pot pies hot. Just tastes better that way to me....or maybe I’ve just singed my mouth enough of times that I’m not able to feel temps lesser than a third degree burn 🤣🤣 Give this little hot pie a try , you’ll love it .
Desert Dry I've been purchasing these turkey, beef and chicken pot pies for quite some time now and they just seem to get dryer every time. It's seems that the crust soaks up the liquid gravy and it is just gotten to the point they're not good anymore. Needs attention and fixing! I'll be purchasing other items tell this gets fixed and it won't be another brand of pot pie as this once was the best and the others are really not good at all at least to me!
I just picked them up from Walmart yesterday 3 10 oz and 3 15 0z couple of them were open which caused a freezer burn. The pies are not wrapped and the boxes are not appropriately secured. Pot pie crusts taste good, but not the carrots, they are not cooked very well. I added more peas after that.
The packaging on 2 of the 3 pot pies I ordered were not sealed. This is not sanitary and they could have been tampered with. The person who selected my items had to have seen that the package was torn open.
I ordered turkey pot pies not chicken I guess your shopers cant read this is the second time they did this. Also I gave clear instructions on were I live not the front desk
🥴 Totally unimpressed! Crust was hard %26 interior ingredients were sparse. Couldn't have been more than 7 peas %26 maybe 5 pieces of carrot. I could find no potatoes. Everything was dry %26 tasteless as there was virtually no gravy. Other MC products have been better. This was HORRIBLE %26 I won't be buying more.
I don't know what happened but I just purchased these last night. They're my favorite. Put them in the freezer. Took one out of the freezer and cooked one today. The gravy tasted like it was bad and it had white streaks running through the gravy. Ewe. I don't know if they were sitting out, refrozen, and resold. Instant disgust and it went in the trash. Scared to try the rest of them. I should take it out of the trash and take a picture. 😞😡
